Being grateful for all that I have helps me focus on the positive and look for ways to say "thank you" to the universe. I think that's why I'm trying to get a program on the soon-to-be launched  Oprah Winfrey Network.

It means a great deal to me to have the support of so many people as I try to gain the attention of Oprah and her producers. Chronic illness and disabilities is a "hard sell;" I guess that's why there has never been a program celebrating our struggles and accomplishments. Those of us living with chronic illness and disability have learned so much about life and living a life that matters.  Sharing our stories would empower, energize, and inspire folks to take charge of their lives.
